Sperad proposal

I Emma will be creating a page for the yearbook with the title “ New Start”. This page will include seven images which will reflect the difficulties of a new student coming into an unfamiliar school and dealing with the frustrations of the first few days. I will set up these photos and direct my friends during am lunch and after school to illustrate such events as finding my locker, getting bumped around in the hallways, finding my bus, too many books, making new friends, lunch problems etc. I will use my friends Victoria, Maddy, Kyra and will photograph these situations with them and with their consent. I plan to have these images by tuesday

Layers - Sept 12th 2010

With Layers we adjusted the image in a few differnt ways to make it pop more. To do this we..
  • Duplicated the layers (forground & background)
  • Forground - then change the levels to something realistic but different
  • Erase forground to make the plants look less yellow and more like you would see them if you were standing there.
  • Flattern layers
  • Dodge and burn.
  • Then sharpen the image so that, again it still looks realistic.

Leading Lines - Sept 21st 2010

Leading Lines are used to create a focus on the main object in the picture. We pointed out the lines leading to the main person stand out by making stright diagonal lines in bright colours. Then we coverd the person with a cirle that we changed the sencitivity on so we can still see them.
